Metal Bellow Seal
- Shaft25 to 100 mm
- Pressure25 bar (max)
- Temperature−30 to 350 °C
The Metal Bellows Mechanical Seal is a premium, high-performance sealing solution engineered for extreme environments, hazardous fluids, and high-temperature applications. Unlike traditional pusher seals, this design features a core edge-welded metal bellows that acts as both the spring loading mechanism and a static secondary seal. Because it eliminates dynamic sliding O-rings along the shaft, it completely removes the risk of shaft fretting, hang-up, and chemical degradation of elastomers, making it the industry benchmark for critical processing lines.
Generally used in
Highly corrosive chemicals, high temperature applications, petroleum refineries.
