The Dry Running Agitator Mechanical Seal is a highly advanced, top-entry sealing solution specifically engineered for mixers, agitators, reactors, and blenders. Unlike standard liquid-lubricated pump seals that rely on the process fluid for cooling, these seals are designed to run completely dry without any liquid barrier fluid or external lubrication. Featuring specialized self-lubricating face materials and a rugged face-loading geometry, these seals effectively prevent toxic gases, chemical vapors, and product powders from escaping the vessel, entirely eliminating the risk of liquid barrier fluids contaminating high-value pharmaceutical, food, or chemical batches.

Top entry mixer vessels in pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Seal with bearing can be provided for vessels having greater misalignments with special arrangement.
